Since launching in 2006 HeroEngine has been licensed to dozens of game development firms worldwide for projects such as the EA/BioWare Star Wars: The Old Republic game and Enne’s virtual world project for teaching Spanish.

LONDON : Idea Fabrik PLC, (GB00B61CVK31, TI4.F) today announced that it has
executed a Letter of Intent with the Waterford Group of London whereby
Waterford will invest up to EUR 2,400,000 in Idea Fabrik through the
purchase of its common shares in a private placement transaction. Further
terms of the investment were not provided.
